• Offer is subject to availability until 31st March 2025 and excludes the following dates: 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025, and 14th, 15th and 26th February.  

• The price displayed reflects the total cost for a 2-night stay based on Best Available Flexible Bed & Breakfast Rate, divided evenly over 3 nights. This means you're only paying for 2 nights while enjoying a 3-night stay!

• A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of booking and is refundable up to 2:30pm, 7 days before your arrival. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
